danuviusНа сайте британского правительства 13.5.2021 был опубликован (см. также тут) любопытный документ (110 с., совместный с Бундесвером проект) от мая 2021 г. "Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm. A strategic implications project", посвященный улучшению человеческой породы. По своей откровенности и бесстыдству он превосходит знаменитый собянинский план "умной Москвы". Некоторые цитаты:
+ Human augmentation includes chemical, physical and biological augmentation and the modification of the human but, it is not exclusively about adding ‘things’ to the human, it also includes applying scientific insight to areas such as sleep management and personalised nutrition to improve performance. This publication proposes a definition for human augmentation as: the application of science and technologies to temporarily or permanently improve human performance. This field can be further divided into human performance optimisation and human performance enhancement.+ (p. 18)
+Genetic engineering refers to modification of reproductive cells (germline engineering), or cells in the grown organism (somatic modification). Germline modification affects all cells in the organism and the change is passed on to the next generation. Особенно потрясает вот этот пассаж из "второго сценария":

The adoption and development of human augmentation technologies was characterised by three major technological steps that happened in parallel in both the West and in the East from 2020 until today. The first disruptive step was the development of enhanced DNA modification technology in around 2035 which led to increased investment in research and development and growth in the human augmentation market. The second disruptive step, which occurred around 2040 was related to the development in artificial intelligence. The third disruptive step around 2045, saw the development of, what was in effect, a universal vaccine for all diseases. This led to global acceptance of human augmentation.+ (p. 81). Иначе говоря, здесь почти открыто заявляется о связи "универсальной вакцины от всех болезней" (которую уже начал разрабатывать в РФ Гинцбург) с изменением ДНК и улучшением человеческой природы (породы).

То есть это просто некоторый проект-фантазия о будущем. Хотя планы весьма дерзновенны, но в случае чего они смогут сказать типа "я не я и лошадь не моя". Может, как раз это их проба — как там дальше пойдет и будут ли реагировать.
